Name of jutsu: Step-In Style
Jutsu Rank: B
Jutsu Information: Step-In is more a fighting style than a jutsu, but it requires minimal chakra to do. The user uses either skill or chakra to maintain balance while using their feet to fight, either while doing a handstand or simple forgoing the use of their hands. Useful when one's arms are injured. Takes practice to build up the coordination.
Chakra Points: 0-10, depending on how much the user needs help with their balance

Name of jutsu: Streaking Slash
Jutsu Rank: B
Jutsu Information: The user uses something (typically a sword, but can be done with the hand) to swing in the air in front of them. Allowing their chakra to flow off of the conduit, they trace glowing lines in the air. After the user has swung the designated amount of times, they release their hold on the chakra and the lines fire at high velocity in the direction swung, slicing and breaking what they come into contact with.

Element: Can be enhanced by any, but no element is required except a small amount of wind.

Name of jutsu: Bukimi Natsuin no Jutsu (Weapon Body Seal Technique)

Jutsu Rank: A

Jutsu Information: This jutsu was created by Akane in her early Jonin days, and by using chakra she is able to seal weapons of various sizes (usually throwing blades) into her body, leaving behind a small and barely noticeable slightly off-white kanji of "seal" on her skin, with the exception of a "sword" kanji imprinted on the back of both her shoulders which seal just that. Legend is she carries 10,000 throwing blades, where in actuality it's more around 2,000 tops as these marks are present on almost her entire body from the shoulders down. The only down sides to this jutsu are that keeping the weapons within her body slowly drains chakra fraction by fraction, and if she runs out of chakra, all of the seals will be released at once and all her weapons will have to be replaced back into her body over time.

Chakra Points: 5 an hour, though the release of one blade gives her back about 1-2 points.

Jutsu Information: Using the ability granted within the young boys body, he can bend the very fabric of the element of water to such an extent that it becomes snow. An artificial 'Clan' some would say. By concentrating a surge of chakra within any given area(Usually 10-15 meters in diameter) Seikon can break down the very molecular structure of the area around him, creating a sort of 'snow' substance. This 'snow' can be used for other jutsu as long as the chakra, and snow requirements are met.

Jutsu Information: Uses 1 meter of snow By performing the necessary handseals connected with the jutsu, Seikon can use some of the snow surrounding him, and turn them into blade like petals. These petals are about 4 inches in diameter, and is very similar the Uchiha's Phoenix flower jutsu in the fact that it can house hidden shuriken.

Jutsu Information: Uses half of the current amount of snow. In which case, the more snow there is, the bigger the technique, the less snow, the smaller. However, in both cases it requires the same amount of chakra. BY performing a long, and very tedious set of seals, Seikon cuts both thumbs by any means, and places his hands palms first into the snow. The moment the chakra, blood, and finished seals touch the snow, it erupts into a vicious storm, a small tornado creating itself. This tornado, so to speak, seeks out the enemy and will chase them until it no longer exist. This snow storm can be used for other techniques.

Name of jutsu: Tenma Hando Jutsu
Jutsu Rank: A
Jutsu Information: The user of this jutsu molds their chakra toward their hands, then strikes in any direction they wish to send the jutsu. An almost-invisible heat wave spreads forward, able to inflict a spell of heat upon the opponent. When used on water, the heat will evaporate most of, if not all of the water present. The opponent becomes moderately fatigued if caught five times in the vicinity of the jutsu. The opponent receives second-degree burns if caught ten times in the vicinity of the jutsu.

Name of jutsu: Reppuutaihou (Gale Cannon)

Jutsu Information: The user performs the required handseals. Then, small twisters of wind begin surrounding the users arms from their elbows to their wrists. In this stage, the twisters are strong enough to render thrown projectiles and low-ranking taijutsu (C-ranked) useless. But, the user can also punch forth while these twisters are on. This releases a powerful blast a wind forth 15 ft high & 15 ft wide, and it remains connected for the first 10 meters after being fired. After that, the blast is no longer connected to your arm for the next 20 meters. The blast is strong enough to break through stone, slice up flesh, and knock the target back.

Name of jutsu: Gouka Hataka no Jutsu (Fire Element: Hellfire Clap)

Jutsu Information: A jutsu of catastrophic might, it draws upon the unwieldiness that is flame. Calling forth chakra from their deepest reserves, the user will perform the trademark techniques that signal the beginning of a Katon. Yet rather than ending in the Tora seal, as most would, it instead ends in the Ram seal as the user’s hands clap together loudly. At that moment a wave of destructive fire flies forth around the user, engulfing all around them. Spread about in a circle, this technique also has the nasty side-effect of searing through anything it comes into contact with. If in its path lay a boulder it would be hewn in two, for example. Defensive jutsu are defeated by this technique as well, for its intensity is beyond measure.

Name of jutsu: Kudakasei no Jutsu (Fire Element: Shatterforce Technique)

Jutsu Information: Gathering heat in between both hands the user focuses it until it cannot be condensed further. Manifested as a sphere of raw, glowing energy it is at first held at bay as if only for show. Then, given any cue, the user slams the sphere into the ground, causing it to explode with the power of pure heat behind it. The user is unaffected by this burst of power if they have mastered Katon, but anyone within the radius of the blast suffers some unsettling consequences alongside the devastating concussive force it sends forth. This technique, by sheer strength alone, has even been known to crack boulders. Separate effects of the jutsu are that the intense heat dehydrates any opponents caught within the radius of the blast, drawing them closer to fatigue, blurring their vision and causing mild headaches all the while. Minor, first-degree burns may also result from this technique on the enemy.

Name of jutsu: Ashikagami [ Evil Mirror ]

Jutsu Information: The user forms the needed handseals, and projects an invisible dome of chakra around the user - 25m radius. This bubble produces a mirror-like effect, reproducing the users image in an opposite spot in relation to the target. For example, the user is standing 5 meters in front of the opponent, but the opponent sees and hears the user as if they are 5 meters behind him/her. The dome collapses after three turns, ending the illusion.
Basically the jutsu Creates a genjutsu dome around the target that completely reverses their perception of the enemy - front is behind, right is left, etc.

Name of jutsu: Demonic tendril Fear
Jutsu Rank:S
Jutsu Information:After killing an opponent Kakuzu well stretch out a wide load of tendrils around his target. Using the fuinseal inside his body Kakuzu will absorb the dead body into his own. This replenishes Kakuzu's fatigue and chakra. The down part about this jutsu is he must kill an opponent before he can use it. Kakuzu also has the option to jab his tendrils into someone like spikes and drain there chakra. It takes about three posts to absorb someones chakra completely. Kakuzu can use the chakra he absorbs as energy and to heal his wounds.
