Translation: Water Panther
Kekkei Genkai Description: Mizu Hyuo is a deadly attack that manipulates the surrounding water of the jutsu user even if it's only the water in the atmosphere. The users eyes turn cat-like slits and the eyes color bleeds into a storm grey-blue color that's almost transparent and faded. The users eye vision becomes heightened and sharper like a panthers vision. The water separates into two different parts. The first part envelops the user almost like a shield, fluctuating and protecting the user from some attacks. The second section forms a gold eyed water panther. The water panther is seemingly controlled by the cloaked user as the water enveloping the user fluctuates and the panther reacts to the fluctuations. Every blood member of the clan is born with the Genkai but they must learn how to control it our the power only surfaces in times of strong emotions.

History:The Nanami clan has been around since the first Ninja War but have never shown themselves until the incident with Orochimaru attacking the third Hokage. They never told where they came from or who was the first Nanami ancestor. The Nanami clan had first lived in Kirigakure but after a huge fight with in the clan many of them split up into different villages taking their secrets and Kekkei Genkai with them. They pass a guarded copy of a scroll down from generation to generation with the clan secrets. Each Main branch of the clan select a heir or heiress to carry the name of Nanami and the secrets it carries. When the Kyuubi No Kitsune attacked Konohagakure the Nanami clan's felt as though they were connected to the Youkai's that lived because of how similar the water cloak of their kekkei genkai was to the youkai cloak of the jinchuuriki. They went into hiding for a while not revealing their Kekkei Genkai ability for fear of being thought of as Jinchuuriki and outcasts.

In the year of the kekkei genkai war the Nanami clan banded back together and fought before going back into hiding as their numbers dwindled. Some members went off and married other people and other kekkei genkai users while many remained in their homes and villages. even after it was all over they still felt the need to hide away undetected. When they revealed themselves again after the konohagakure and otogakure incident many members were uncertain and afraid. For a while the clan members lives were chaotic as villagers were outraged and scared while other villagers were excited about the new information. By the time the Sennin Tsunade was made Godaime the craze had passed and the Nanami clans were beginning to go back to their usual way of life. Because of the nature of their Kekkei Genkai many of the Clan members personalities were cold and distant while others were affectionate and playful even a little mischievous. The Nanami clan members began to mold in with the everyday ninja life, the only time they were remembered as the powerful clan they are was when they were sent out on missions. Their kekkei genkai making them feared for their ferocity

Konohagakure, one of the great hidden villages that is a vital support beam in the lives of shinobi and civilians alike. Every hidden village has their secrets, and their advantages. A shinobi clan that’d come from the far west upon the founding of Konohagakure slowly blended in with the other shinobi of the village, once their skill had been made public at least. Scrollery. This family, which eventually adopted the surname ‘Makijiku’, became a household name in early days as they provided scrolls for extensive uses throughout the shinobi community. Containing and recording jutsu, sealing chakra, summoning creatures, linked scrolls that could send messages between themselves, scrolls that held sealed weapons or general items… Their battle and practical uses seemed to blend together into an infinitely expanding list. No one is quite sure where exactly the ‘scroll-family’ came from, seeing as they never adopted any surname until Makijiku Hatsuya came along about a handful of years following the founding of Konoha. This single man revolutionized the technique of scroll work, made numerous advancements of sealing techniques, and completely established the clan as a superpower in the shinobi world. And for his hard work, the first Hokage decided to allow them the honor of establishing a clan-wide surname. However, shortly following their clan’s true establishment, the family was so swamped with orders that over a period of several decades, all were forced to resign from their positions and shinobi life completely to catch up on all the scrolls that needed to be created following the large amount that’d been lost, stolen, or destroyed after the First Great Shinobi War. Nearly 50 years ago, the Makijiku faded from the world of shinobi.

Kekkei Genkai (if your clan has one): Gives the user the ability to cool water particles within the environment to create in essence, snow. This will allow it's user the ability to use more snow techniques, cool the already created snow in manners like water techniques. The only known user however cannot control the water particles in the air, but simple break down other parts of the environment to snow. In a fight with a water clan user(Someone who's real kekkei genkai uses water) Seikon will lose.
Village: Yurigakure
History: In the depths of the snow village, scientist worked endlessly to create a sort of artificial clan. By manipulating the cells, and DNA within the babies of the village, only a single life survived the horrific tests, and experiments. The time for a new breed of soldier ventured out within the world, Yurigakure was slipping in it's militia and it needed a new, grand warrior. This is their cruel start, this is the start to the imperfect warrior.

Kekkei Genkai: 'Change of Direction' (Seeking Japanese Title)
An ability that is found very important to the clan due to their disadvantages, is the fact that they can use their Chakra to halt, alter, or amplify momentum in any direction that their mind permits. Due to this ability being controlled by the whim of the mind, it also provides a crucial weakness, Genjutsu, or extreme amounts of fear could make the ability unstable, and could very well cause the Clan member to harm his/herself, or any that may surround the Clan member. The power of the ability is dependent upon the Chakra put forth, and the skill of the person that may use it.

History:The Clan began with the utterance of a word with no meaning.

"Darkri..."

People did not know why the Child that started it all, Teijirou Takegami, uttered such a word, but he did, in reference to his 'true' last name on his seventh Birthday. His parents were stunned, unable to understand why their son; odd enough as he was for his eyes, and for not being able to taste anything, save for liquids, would ever say such a thing. The boy would smile ever so innocently, as if he said nothing out of the ordinary, before his smile turned malicious; untold thoughts coursing through the young male's mind...

Years later, another child presented the same case; although his deformity was different than that of Takegami; he could not develop any masculine appearing muscle-mass. It was as though his body was crafting itself into the figure of a female, in spite of the efforts of himself, and his family. The similarities overwrote the differences, however, as his eyes shined with brilliant silver, and he believed in the same thing; that his name was Darkri.

The Laersect Family was not all too forgiving, and suffered from deeply-embedded spiritual paranoia, and were quick to exile the child by boat, so they could beg for forgiveness from their Gods, and forget the pain that this 'Hellspawn', as they put, had dealt upon them. Nicholas; for some ungodly reason managed to survive on that raft-like boat, and reached the shores of Konoha; their territory, at least. Weakened by the traveling, and the lack of food, he forced himself from his boat, and moved on, running off of sheer mental strength. And the ability he never knew he had. It was what fueled his under-developed muscles, allowing him to travel in heavy steps, by force of will, until he reached safety.

Although the Takegami child has not been recorded in recent data due to not being located, this anomaly still exists within Laersect, who now lives as a Shinobi for the people that took him in.

History:The Reshimaru clan was founded shortly after the Cloud village was by Tetsumara Reshimaru. Since it's founding there has been at least one Reshimaru in the Cloud village A.N.B.U. They are easy to tell apart from other ninja because their bloodline trait makes their eyes metallic and mirror-like.

Kekkei Genkai description:
The tetsugan's first trait is it makes the users eyes metallic and mirror-like. Second, the user is immune to genjutsu that require eye contact. All testugan base genjutsu can be bounced off a reflective surface.

Tetsugan related jutsu:

• Mirror jutsu(genjutsu):Low level genjutsu that require's eye contact. Victim's visual perception as altered causing directions to switch(up becomes down, left becomes right, ect.). This effects everything the victim sees except of the victim themself.
  
  
• Mercury Wings jutsu(ninjutsu): Mid level ninjutsu causes a pair of liquid metal wings to unfold from the user's back. This liquid metal can then take on just about any shape as long as some part of it is still connected to the user.
  
  
• infinite reflection jutsu(genjutsu): The high level jutsu testumara was famous for using. Requires eye contact to perform but once a victim is drawn into it the user is given total control of the victim's sense of sight allowing the user to make things appear to the victim that aren't there or not allowing the victim to see some thing.

This ability gives the user the form of the prized naga. Eight arms and oddly enough a head of a serpent. This ability traditionally gives the user the pride of holding fire to be used to decapitate or set aflame people that are against them. They are silent when they approach in this form. Perfect for sabotage, and espionage. Blood is their main course of diet in this form. They can't truly escape the fate of this form. In each usage the earn a piece of their Naga form. Making them perfect for the field but they slowly will be trapped in their Naga form. Ceasing to be much help to the nation of assassins. Naturally, in their own human form they are attracted to sunlight it gives them warmth. They actually all have long tongues but they refuse to show it to people. They use it to smell out the currents... They also gather their well known fire manipulation technique from this form... Making very deadly combinations of fire jitsu. They also secrete a deadly neurotoxin that will cause inflammation, vomiting of blood, explosion of blood, necrosis, tissue damage, and convulsions. Antidotes are made from the blood of the Asuri clan. Yet, it hard to gather it because they tend to escape or else they are dead and the blood automatically becomes dead cells and useless plasma.

History:

Whispers of the snake people of the deserts and forests have long been entwined in history. Some say they are the descendants of Yamata No Orochi, others say the are the living avatars of Vishnu, and others say they are the fallen assassins of a once bountiful empire. In truth, they were all ninjas in the Shinobi nation. Yet, they were thought to be more of the more stricter of ninjas. True to their lore, they dressed in black. Keeping to the shadows. Often leaving behind no trace... They killed without mercy and often took their own side. The training of their spawn were harsh. Often more harsher then the current regiments of most ninja. They were taught to be part of a family... In the family they were who they belonged too. The Shinobi nation often sent the clan into more high class missions... Though, they found it at most pitiful that they were required to fight in such missions. As they didn't provide the right amount of urgency like they were sent to do when they were employed by supreme lords. Often, they cared little about mercy. They also developed much resistance to pain. Making them known to many as the heartless, cold ninjas. Yet, they couldn't say much about pain without getting beating alive by the trainer.

Mercy, they believed to be the key to kill them. They killed other shinobi. Thus, set the chain of events that got them out of the nation. They happily took their punishment but without setting hell first by setting forth the events of demons sprawling the lands again. They fled far out of the countries to distant lands of sands and forests... Oddly enough they learned even more techniques during their exile. Proud as they were they developed a dominant force in the lands. Becoming the more accredited 'ninjas'. They, now, take the opportunity to walk around like a normal person and assassinate someone in public. Walking away from the crime. They often had little 'birds' tell them of their old homeland... Telling them of the Orochimaru conflict (They find him to be a fake sonuva biatch and is posing as them.), Sasuke, and of course the Shippuden events.

The current leader, decided to send out her dearest beloved daughter out to analyze and report back on the conditions from her point of view... Also, retrieve a possible partner for her.

The clan imbraces the mist around them within the village. By placing their chakra into the air, it allows them to guide the mist. Able to blind an oppent, this makes the clan unfair fighters. The mist turns to fog and gets to thick to see threw. In an incounter with a Uchiha, a member tested it on them and found that the Sharigan can't slow down what it can't see. Which they combined with their own combined elements of Lighting, Wind, Water, and Storm release. Which they call "Kami Hinamizu Kaminarikaze Noryoku". Divine LightingWater and ThunderWind Ability, which pairs up different ablities. When you are skilled enough, the user can combine each into custom jutsu's that they share with the next generation, but keep from other ninjas. It also makes it easier to spring traps.

History:
The clan was rumored to exisite before the rein for the Fourth Mizukage. Keeping only men in the clan. Every few times, a man would wed, and that was the only time a woman would get the Takeshi name. At that time, more people would get wed and would have childern. Since if more than one child graduationed, it put you up in the council. This started to become a big deal, then the war of the clans began.
It wasn't until Yagura lead the village, and when the Bloody Mist started that they were becoming known. It was then that they're numbers was at the highest peak. With they're Kekkei Genkai, they were able to wip out large chucks of clans. Trying to stay on top, with most of they're young boys passing threw the bloody graduation ritual. The weak would be casted out, and taken out before they could go threw the gratuation cermony. If a child fails, that was the biggest failure and would bring dishoner to their father.
At the end of the Bloody Mist, the numbers took a deep dive and only went down from there. Yet no one knew why, no one cared about having the strongest children anymore. The clan's name was almost whipped out, and soon they weren't a threat to the other clans. As everything went back to normal, with in the village their numbers stopped dropping. With the infamous Asako, came two more boys.
These three were suppose to bring the Takeshi back to power. To the way they were during the Bloody Mist. Yet it all stopped when the murder of the rest of the clan took place. Asako, the neglected girl snapped and whipped out the rest of her family. Along with the class that was to gradute with her youngest cousin. A few gaurds got her rath also and she is the only living Takeshi. With this she also become a missing-nin and a international crimial. This has brought shame on to the family name, and right now, there is no hope for the clan to make a comeback.
Clan Hierarchy:
At the time Asako's father, was the highest in the council. Yet the clan got to small for anyone to really need to lead the them. So slowly Akira lost power, but the tight-nit family still stayed in touch and lived close by. They also still shared their Kekkei between each other.

Ken Shainingu has a dark, feared, and hard-earned reputation for cruelty and an unmatched grasp of the Assassin's arts. He rose to the rank of Grand Master around the age of forty, and has served as such for nearly half of his life.

Shikou Ken (Waiting Blade) - Living
[Master Assassin, Councilwoman]
Ken Shikou is a talented assassin, but a better politician. At the age of twenty, she had a trail of bodies behind her and a seat on the council (it's unclear if the two are related). She is often the voice of reason and the only female among all the men on the council. She has a soft spot for Hitamure Ken, even though she publicly calls him a manwhore.

Kurogane Ken (Iron Blade) - Living
[Master Assassin, Councilman]
Ken Kurogane is a loudmouthed, rude, uncouth, but undeniably powerful Assassin. He has a long-standing crush on Ken Shikou, which has led him to a bitter hatred of Ken Hitamure, whom he sees as inferior to him in every way.

Retsu Ken (Cold Blade) - Deceased

Ken Retsu was quite possibly the most talented assassin the clan had seen in generations, and could have taken the Grand Master position had he wanted it. However, he never aspired to the position, preferring to teach talented Ken the way of the Assassin. He died of a sudden onset of cholera.

Tsurutsuru (Slippery), Garou (Hungry Wolf), Genwaku (Blinding), and Hakojou (Heartless) Ken, all talented Master Assassins and Councilmen. All open to adoption by literate rp'ers.

Hitamure Ken (Crowd Blade) - Living

Ken Hitamure is the bastard son of Ken Hisan. When he was born, his elders expected him to be a reject and turn out to be talentless and weak. On the contrary, he (driven by a powerful desire to be better than his father) became an extremely talented assassin and the favorite student of Ken Retsu. He fended off a secret mission from a radical group of Konoha shinobi, which earned him the title Master Assassin.

Hisan Ken (Flying Blade) - Living

Ken Hisan is a mediocre assassin with a taste for too much alcohol and a pretty sleeper. He has achieved little note and has never been sent on any truly dangerous missions, causing him to dislike his bastard son, Hitamure, who quickly became a Master Assassin and displays traits he only prayed for.


Kekkei Genkai (if your clan has one): No Kekkei Genkai, but the clan has a powerful tendency to produce amazingly good Assassins. They have perfected the "Eagle" series of jutsu and other techniques.

Village: Kumogakure, "Village Hidden in the Clouds"

History:
The clan was formed during the second Shinobi War under a man named Seijin Ken. He chose several of Kumogakure's more promising students and trained them in the art of assassination, taking them away from their families for a life of secrecy and seclusion. For a while, noone knew quite what happened to Ken and his students. Close to the end of the war, however, people on the other sides began dying mysterious deaths. Impossible knife wounds, needles through the neck at window in the Hokage's compound, falls from heights that shouldn't have been attainable. When the war ended, Seijin Ken and his "Disciples" returned to Kumogakure and took credit for the work they had accomplished. They were given a compound of their own and became an accepted, if mysterious, part of village life.
Their children are raised as normal members of Kumogakure, but when a child shows an aptitude for stealth and the talents required of an assassin, their normal education is halted and they are trained by a Grand Master of the clan. When this "education" is complete (normally a 5-10 year process) they are returned to the village and typically awarded Jonin or Tokubetsu rank. The final test to become a Ken Assassin is extremely rigorous, but that is all that is commonly known. For an Assassin to speak of it to an outsider is instant death (see below).
To this day, the Ken clan produces highly effective assassins for the Cloud Village. Their leaders, though, are not technically a part of Kumogakure's forces, and their council is shrouded in secrecy and myth. The code that the Ken hold to is strict, and one of the tenets demands that the code itself, set forth by Seijin Ken, be kept secret. To add to this effect, all members have a seal placed upon their skulls at birth that will explode upon death or at the user's will. This is to prevent leakage of secrets, torture, and adds an extra edge to the clan's dark image.
Assassins from the clan are bitterly known as "The Blade's Disciples," referring to the man who began the clan and his original followers.
