"Ok Violet. One thousand rope jumps!" Guy said, tossing each person a rope.
"This will really get your blood pumping!" Lee added. "Just pretend jumping on dozens of trees! Simple!" He instructed Violet. Neji caught the rope with ease, as did Tenten. They started off slowly then progressively gained speed as the amount they did became higher.

Violet nodded, caught the rope, and kept pace.
Just what I need. Speed, agility, and precision...I can't trip... She thought, focosing now on the jump-roping. She did it rythymically, smiling, but sweating, as she went.
Ruby looked over to Violet.
"What a dork." Was all she could say. Alastr simply laughed.

"Great job, Violet!" Lee told her. Guy nodded in approval. He flashed a smile at her.
"Nice speed and precision, Violet, keep it going!" Guy-sensei said. Lee had just finished.
"Excellent progress, Violet!" He said, in a way cheering her on.

Violet smiled, and after a few more seconds, she finished all one thousand rope jumps.
"Yeah, that really got my blood pumping." She said, almost breathless. She took a moment to catch her breath.

"Quite impressive!" Lee told her. Guy-sensei nodded, as did Neji and Tenten.
"Our next little exercise is five hundred kicks and punches." Guy said, leading the group to a training field with training dummies.
"This should be the easiest part." Neji informed Violet. Tenten agreed.
"But if Guy-sensei thinks you're rushing through them without effort, he will make you do a thousand more." Tenten added.

Violet nodded. She got in a battle stance, and she concentrated on her arms and legs. She would strike each dummy with precision, power, and a bit of speed. She also realized she needed to pace herself with this.
"I'm ready..."

Guy nodded. He pointed to her dummy.
"Yours is right over there, Violet." He told her, once again giving her his youthful pose. "Work up a good sweat, because this is our last little workout today." He continued, everyone else beginning their final exercise.

Violet smirked, and began. She packed each blow with power, and counted each one. After a while, she began to sweat again.
"Yeah...I'm getting quite the workout..." She muttered, and smiled to herself. At this point she was maybe halfway done, but it had already been at least five minutes. She sped her pace up a tad bit.

None of the others had anytime to watch, as they were doing there workouts aswell. Neji did several strong, fast-paced Gentle Fist strikes to his dummy repeatedly. Lee and Guy both did a series of fast, youth-filled punches and kicks. But even though Tenten's specialty was weapons, she still did her punches and kicks anyway just because it was a good workout.

Violet began to enjoy this exercise. She struck each time with a smile on her face.
"Yeah...this is awesome." She had already worked up a sweat.

A few minutes later it appeared everyone was completely finished, except for Violet. They began to cheer her on.
"You're almost done!" Tenten cheered.
"You are doing great!" Lee told her.

Violet just smiled as she finished her last few.
"Whew. I'm FINISHED!!!" She said. She spinned on her heels, completely 360, and smiled. She was all sweaty though, and her breathing was heavy.

"Fantastic job, Violet!" He said with a grin.
"Pretty good for someone who hasn't trained like this before." Neji admitted.

Violet just grinned.
"Ah...well...thanks." She was flattered. Well, she usually got flattered easily to begin with. She had completely caught her breath, and her sweat had already been wiped off.

Lee suddenly had a brilliant idea.
"Guy-sensei, maybe we should celebrate with all of us going out for some dinner!" He suggested. Neji and Tenten nodded at the suggestion.
"...Alright! If Violet wishes to go, she can!" Guy replied, smiling.
