Y U K O etsuko Y A S H I K A Z U
The sun rose over the wide open desert, shining upon Sunagakure. The wind was calm and the streets were clear of pluming clouds of sand. The setting was closer to the edge of The Village of Sand, out of the reach of unwanted neighbors. Against the red wall was a small, glass panel. The rays a light pierced threw the window over a small bed. Like most of the other buildings, the small house was made out of clay, sand, and dirt. Yet it was comfortable, and had a heartwarming feeling to it. It kept one resident that only came home when there was a nasty storm, or when she grew tired of the unbearable heat. Yuko was already up, leaving her bed sheets thrown this way and that. They gathered in a heap at the base of the bed, while Yusu jumped out of the shower. Her hair dripped down her back as she got dressed quickly. The young shinobi placed on her clothing and wrapped her scarf loosely around her neck. Sighing, she sat atop of a small, sand colored table. The wood creaked underneath her weight as she placed her right foot firmly in front of her. A light colored, roll of soft, thick gauze rested in the palm of her hand. Yuko proceeded to wrap it around her feet and hands. While she got dressed, she rested deep in thought, running over random things that didn't really matter. It was the beginning of the day for her. Yuko stood up and flexed her fingers, checking to see if the bandages were just right. Everything was in order; all that was left out was her bag and sash. Quickly, she reached for the black, green fabric, letting it rest in her fingers. Her mixed colored eyes took time to run over the symbol of her forehead protector. On it was the sign of Suna that she was proud to show off, and let it gleam in the light. Yuko, without a second thought, tied it around her waist. It collected around her hips, but tight enough for it not to move. The fabric joined together at the small of her back, tied in a neat bow. Nodding, she smiled and jogged towards the front door. The kitchen and table rested right in front of the entrance that leads to the street. In the other room was a bathroom and the bedroom towards the right. Out towards the back was the small green house, it was only large enough to accommodate one adult at a time. It brought back great memories, and some sour for the young girl. Yet no matter what, she still smiled. Yuko reached for her bag that was suspended from a steal kunai. The young woman hung it over her shoulders and snapped it into place against her back. She glanced over her shoulder, taking in her small home. It was nice, and she refused to leave it. No matter what the memory was, -good or bad- she wanted to remain. Yuko turned and opened the door that lead out into the streets. The sun shined into the house as her door swung open with a creek. The shinobi stepped out and took in a breath of fresh air. The streets were alive, since the sun was yet to heat up the sand below her feet. Yuko shut the door behind her as she turned to her left. The ninja stopped a few yards away from her home. She bent over to place the palm of her hands flat against the ground. Her long legs remained straight, and soon she was in the air. Yuko's legs remained straight up, and she walked down the street with no effort. It was second nature to her, and would attack anyone that made fun of her. Anyone on this street new that, so everyone kept their mouth shut. I'd feel bad for the sucker that said anything about her -_-.

Temari was doing her rounds around the village, making sure everything was on its right course. Her blonde hair was in its usual four short pigtails and her teal eyes were sharp as she stood ontop of a roof looking over the village. She wore a black robe that reached down her legs with slits along the side and a more revealing neckline. She had a red sash tied around her waist with black gloves and her headband over her forehead.
Her scroll was over her shoulder and her shinobi tools were hidden under her red sash as usual. her footsteps were light and barely audible as she jumped to the ground from the roof easily and continued to walk. She'd been dismissed by Gaara since her little brother and Kazekage wanted to spend some time with Kankuro. The thought brought a small smile to her lips and she remembered the blonde knuckle-headed ninja that made it all possible. Temari was relieved that Gaara was more bonded to them though it did irk her a bit that Gaara was more attached to Kankuro then again they were guys. She shook her head lighlty at the thought and sighed, the corner of her lips quirking once again. She looked up when she saw a sudden movement but noticed it was one of the Chuunin's from their village.
Feeling a little bored Temari decided to approach and greet the girl. As she got closer she instantly recognized the younger woman as Yuko Etsuko Yashikazu. Cocking her head to the side in curiousity Temari picked up her pace a bit till she was beside the girl and she greeted her warmly. "Hello there. You're Yuko Etsuko Yashikazu, ne?"

Yuko's eyebrows perked up at the call of her name. She was wondering who would be calling her. Her question was answered as the figure of Temari, the Kazekage's sister, appeared. A soft smile cracked over her lips as the shinobi matched her stride. With lovly grace, Yusu flipped her legs over her head. Her bare feet were placed softly on the ground as she completed her backflip. Her toes stretched out, gripping the dirt under her feet like a monkey. Still, her hands stayed pressed against the stiff soil before she pushed off the ground. The nimble girl stood up straight to look over to the ninja standing beside her. Yuko stopped walking to greet her. With a flashing, cheek to cheek smile, she waved. Hello, Lady Temari. Yes I am Yuko Etsuko Yashikazu, but that's kind'a a mouth full. So just call me Yusu, 'kay. Most of the time, Yusu was relaxed talking to people. So she happly conversed with others if they didn't poke her in the wrong spot. Neveronce has she found trouble finding the right words. It's like wise when someone get on her bad side. Yusu never hisitates when putting someone in their place, and doesn't pause to think about punching someone twice. The short girl was a social butterfly, and wasn't to be underestimated. Yuko was a ball of personality, that is made of mostly aggression and comidic violence. Yes, she's a pure -but flirty- tom-boy at heart. How could you not love her? Yuko was just someone you could come to like easly... ((>_> uhh...)) Maybe Temari could put up with her violence and hot temper. Indeed, she was a high maintence woman, and doesn't take any crap from anyone. Yuko placed her right hand on her hip, as her scarf hide a large portion of her neck and shoulders. Most of her weight swayed over to her right hip, keeping a cheeky smile planted on her features. Talking to Temari was better than doing nothing, and she's only spoken to her a few times in the past. Just a quick introduction before dissappearing. Maybe it would be in her best interest to actual make some friends in the "Sand". What are you doing out? I'd think you'd have something important todo, with your brother being the Kazekage and all. Speaking of your brother, how is he? Good I hope. she said to be polite. Like most people of Sunagakure, she loved the Kage. Also, like any ninja, she'd risk her life to protect the well being of him. At this time, the village was frantic about keeping this one alive. Yuko started to walk again, this time normally, hoping that Temari would join her. So, what made you want to talk to me? Most people stray, since I have a bad habit of kicking... and uhh, punching people... occassional. Also the fact I refuse to wear shoes, their just not very comfortable and it's eaiser to flip around with out em'. she said laughing. With a quick movement, she lunged over for a quick round off and cartwheeled her way along the street slowly. She would always pause in a handstand, just before rolling over again. Finally, after three, she walked a foot on her hands. Yuko enjoyed showing off, and didn't care what people thought, as long as they avioded speaking their mind. The shinobi balanced on her right hand, keeping her weight centered. Yusu twisted to land on her feet, so she could walk backwards facing Temari.
