"I feel better than I did earlier.Well,physically anyway."She responded.She didn't quite know if she'd ever be the same emotionally."Clan Leader..."She repeated in her mind.Kanetsu snapped out of it."I forgot how...bad this hospital food is."She laughed."Still,i haven't eaten since yesterday,so I guess it will do."She looked at Violet and the wolves,and saw barely any scratches."...So how'd it go?"

Violet smiled, and she told her about the lame jounin.
"He set himself up. Them two smelled him out easily, and I dispached him quickly." She said.
"So you took out a jounin, did you Violet?" Kakashi asked, a bit surprised, and maybe not beleiving it. He looked up from his book, glancing at Violet, to Kanetsu, and back...a few times.
"Yea...ask these two." She said.
"Hmm...so Kanetsu, you haven't quite told me about your little batte, now have you?" He asked, in his usual calm, collected, and casual mood. He was sitting up on his bed, had his Konoha vest on a chair beside the bed, book in his right hand, and his other hand was in his lap. It was bandaged, with traces of blood.

Kanetsu didn't respond for a minute or two."My precious clan took away your destiny.You were destined to be clan leader."Burakku's words kept echoing in her mind.Finally,she came back to earth."I don't know if you'd want to hear the complete story..."She said,with a hint of pain.".....But,I did win."

Kakashi caught the hint.
"I would like to hear it, Kanetsu." Kakashi said abruptly. His eyes had a seriousness in them.
"Kanetsu...I'd like to hear it..." Violet whispered to her. She had dropped her smile.
Kanetsu...I'd like to hear about that battle! Tell me! I want to know the power of the Zetsumei clan... Violet was lost in her thoughts for only a split second.
"I'm sure you don't want to, but I'd like to hear...It's Barakku Zetsumei, right...Kanetsu?" Kakashi said, closing his book, and he placed it on a little table beside the bed. He looked at his bandaged hand. He couldn't move it.

"Maybe I should start from the beginning of what started the whole thing." Kanetsu sighed. "It started at age 7. On what I thought was a peaceful night turned into a total hell, because that was the night he...assassinated my parents and burnt the house down with me still inside." She started. It was very hard and painful for her to talk about this. "He told me that there should have never been any such thing as a Kunoichi. That only male ninja do a successful job."
She pointed towards her flak jacket by the window. "See those katana? Those were my parents'. They informed me before their death of what he was after...my Byakugan." She continued. "My genin team at age 8 consisted of Teashi and Biyoku Inuzuka, there were twins,and Kouseki Tatsu, my sensei. Our team was pretty fast-paced, reckless sort of team. I was trying to prove Burakku wrong with my own style, a style I've always had, the extreme ninja style." Kanetsu smiled a bit at the word. But it was short-lived.
"At age 10 I became a chunin, but at 11 is when it happened again. Burakku killed my own team just to torture me. I caused another death because of my existence..." She said, in a way were you could feel the pain oozing out. "At 14 i was promoted to jounin, 17 i joined the ANBU. 4 years later, I left the village to train. Originally, I was supposed to be gone for a year, but I ended up training for 9 instead. This lead to alot of villagers thinking that I was dead." Kanetsu shivered a bit. "That would lead us to now, the Stone and Cloud attack. Both of them were involved in the Hyuga clan in the past, the Stone being Burakku's ex-village, and the Cloud when they tried to kidnap Hinata. And so the battle begun. He informed me of something in my past I never knew of...."
She trailed off. "I was supposed to be the Hyuga Clan Leader, but his father killed by grandfather, making Hinata's grandfather the next choice." There was so much pain in her words. "He tried getting my Kekkei Genkai, but I used my Gentle Fist to disrupt his jutsu, and instead he killed himself." She finished. Kanetsu felt like she needed to punch a wall after telling the whole thing.

"Kouseki Tatsu...I knew her...I was really young...I forget how young...I remember the name." Violet said. Her face had darkened. "Kanetsu...you really...went through all this crap..." She shook her head. She looked at Kanetsu.
"For many years, since the Tatsu clan first took it's first roots, the Zetsumei clan has been the Tatsu clan's archenemy, and always seemed to have a thirst for other kenkkai genkkai other than their own. I know Barakku is a missing-nin from this clan. And I knew he wanted something from our village, when I first sighted him today. And to think...you took him down Kanetsu..."
She slightly smiled, knowing that Kanetsu would know no more pain to be inflicted by Barakku.
"I know my elders have taught you secrets from the Tatsu clan...and I know the reason why..."
"Well...Kanetsu...you should be happy to be alive." He looked at her, locking eyes with her. His expression remained calm, but he was full of emotions right now. "You know Kanetsu..." He trailed off.
"You are very interesting."

Kanetsu mind echoed Kakashi's words for a minute,but she was trying hard not to blush."Aren't enigmas supposed to be?"She smiled.She redirected her attention to Violet's words."Ok,if know the reason,why?"She asked.She wanted to know her sensei's thoughts when she taught her the Summoning and Transformation jutsus.

"Well...they were superiorly interested in your skills...and it's an extreme feat for one of another clan to interest them in such a way." She smiled. "Kanetsu...they wanted to have you involved in our miliary branch...because you had to deal with the strongest of the Zetsumei."

Kanetsu smiled at Violet's words.But what Kakashi said totally caught her off-guard.She couldn't think of anything to say,all she could do was think:"Holy Sh*t!".At last,she thought of the only thing to say.She blushed a little and said,"Ok."

"I guess I'll get going." Violet said. It was a bit late, so she waved and said goodbye to the wolves, Kakashi, and Kanetsu.

"Alright."She propelled herself out of the hospital bed.She looked at the wolves."You guys can go ahead and leave now."She said,crouching down to their level.
"Ok.We'll see you around."Kiiromaru replied.
She turned around to Kakashi."Well,anyway,i'm ready."

"Hmm...well Kanetsu, when I say that I'm impressed with you, I mean it well." He said, to start. "And everything I don has a reason behind it...like being roomates with you, Kanestu." He trailed off.

If Kanetsu wasn't blushing before,she sure was now."Is he really saying this to me?"She thought."I thought that some people found me rather strange."Kanetsu really couldn't respond at the moment in any way other than just straight out blushing.
