Ok i know that y'all already have the staff y'all want but I'm on all day almost every day and if i was staff i could get a lot done and this is why I'm posting this here i would like to see what Hayate Ruby and Kane have to say i mean i have stuck with this site for a long time and i dont want to see it die and i know every one else has a life but i mean i can work on the character cleaning and i can even work on cleaning out boards and inactive members. So this is here for every one to see I'm not going behind anyone's back and asking Kane by myself i want every one to have a say so what do y'all think can i be staff

Kumori, I understand greatly your desire to help. But, not personally, I'm not entirely for the idea of making you a staff member. The cleaning of boards and characters, etc, can all be done by me--it is going to be done by me. Your activity is superb--obviously a great asset--but that is something all of our members SHOULD have. I don't find the need for any staff members; as a member you can still help a huge amount. Your dedication is MUCH appreciated, and you could still continue so as a member.
Also, this isn't personal, your role-playing skills are in need of improvement. We all had to improve at one point of time, and we weren't all perfect literates when we began--but staff members should have very accurate roleplaying experience and literacy. Your literacy does lack. Of course, you can improve. But now is not the time for you to become a staff member. You don't have to be "perfect," but there still is a line drawn as a minimum--I,m not holding this against you personally, but your literacy needs improvement first. You have great roleplay potential. I see that. As a member, you may improve upon that.
I believe you have a bit more ascending to do before becoming a staff member.

Edit: You know, that was rude. I apologize. You're truly an active member, and a great asset to us, but right now, the majority of stuff that needs to be done is taken care of. We don't exactly have a lot of members that need moderating, and the revivivification is well underway. On a personal level, similar to what Violet said, I'd love to make you a staff member. But for now, it'd be pointless. Perhaps once we have some more members that actually require, you know? Some... discipline? Then we'd have great need for you.
