Night was approaching. Hours ago, selected jounin had been selected to hide around the village. Genin and Chunin were chosen to hide underground, and many were left unnoticed of the ordeal that was set to happen.
There was a faint rustle of leaves as paws padded at the ground. A wolf-like figure of human shape proceeded through the forest. His eyes flickered around, scanning the area for early opposition. But he found nothing. He soon approached the Konoha gates. He was completely cloaked, in the manner that the Akatsuki were. Two other cloaked figures accompanied the wolf. An owl and a lizard. "We're early," said faintly by the wolf as they reached the gate. The guards began to question them, but with one swift movement, the lizard being silenced them. "Ichitama. Where will we proceed next?" said the owl. He shifted under his cloak, slightly ruffling his feathers. "Search the perimeter of the village," he quietly ordered, "both of you." With curt nods, both disappeared. One to the air, and one on quick feet. Ichitama proceeded to the Hokage's building.
Violet was sitting beside Hayate at the training area. Her eyes scanned the sky glittered with stars, yet she felt such an ominous presence. Violet glanced at Hayate, who seemed to be thinking or something. But she noticed he was quiet. She turned away, closing her eyes, and taking in a breath of the cool night air. She then noticed a certain smell. Something she had never quite scented before. But she just disregarded it.
Ichitama stared onto the building. He continued forward, making it inside. He had decided to be a bit messy, and broke down the doors with ease. The light was still on, so he knew she would be doing some last business. Lady Tsunade. He broke down her doors and entered her office.

Hayate had been getting worse. He now had an aura of black chakara. Of course, he seemed to be the only one who could see this. The chakara heightened his senses, however. He could smell what Violet did, and stronger. "Something's wrong." Hayate growled. "I smell death."

Long before the arrival of the intruders, Kai in his hiding position in the sky caught wind of their presence the moment they stepped into his Zone of Sensing Air Jutsu. The whole time, Kai had been using low amounts of chakra to stand on a constant air current high above, resting in a meditative state. He had his orders, once the enemy had been spotted, to report it immediately to the Lady Hokake...which is what he did. So in all actuality the guests were a bit late if they planned on using the element of surprise. Nearly ten minutes before they showed up, Kai angled a hand seal to create a wind slide and slide nearly suicidally down toward the Hokage's office window and informed her of their arrival.
Once he had informed her, he quickly moved back out of the window and stood upon the wall outside of her window to wait for them. Merely he was letting the Lady Hokage handle the situation, but if he were called he would flip back in and show them the fist of Hokuto Suichoken...
(Kanetsu: Feel free to fill in a narrative gap for when Kai warned Tsunade of the intruders.)

Kenji stood across from his shadow clone, blade in hand. They had been sparing since he had arrived in the cave, the sounds of metal smacking on metal repeatedly echoing through out the damp cave they were in. It was Kenji’s favorite hiding spot because once the seal was up, no one was getting in. On the outer most layer rested the middle seal for his Fuuin Bakkyo. Not only would his attacker have to deal with the four hidden seals scattered throughout the forest, but there was a second layer of rock before reaching Kenji, leaving only three feet of room in between the two layers. There was yet another Fuuin Bakkyo, meaning whoever got past the first layer was going to get mauled.
Kenji’s clone suddenly rushed forward, quickly swing its sword. Kenji easily blocked the strike, but clone didn’t let up on the pressure, swing again and again. Though Kenji was able to keep the blade from touching him, he didn’t have any time to counter attack. His clone wouldn’t even attempt a stabbing strike, knowing that Kenji would go for the Yoru no Sasayaku. ‘This is annoying,’ Kenji thought to himself as he kept up his guard. Finally, the two managed to lock blade, pushing against each other with equal force for mere moments before the clone pushed off of him, resetting their positions.
“You’re a pain in the ass, you know that?” Kenji called out to his clone, rushing in to attempt to get some momentum on his side. However, his blade was easily blocked, forcing Kenji to continue applying pressure in an attempt to break through the defense of his clone.
“What can I say? I learned from the best,” shot back the clone, a smile on his face. They had soon locked swords once again, and pushed off each to reset positions once more.

Tsunade stood as she heard someone near her window. Knowing that it had to be Kai, she also knew what his arrival had meant. She only nodded in understanding, and responded with a simple, 'I understand'. Now, about ten minutes later, a loud crushing and cracking noise was heard at her door. She had expected it to happen, yet there was still a slight feeling of shock present. Although she displayed all the shock solely on her face, which was what she intended to do in order to help the plan she had in order. At the time, she looked as if she was just sitting and finishing up some last pieces of paperwork. She sprung up from the chair in defense as soon as the sound was heard. Slight amounts of dust filled the room from the destruction of the door, hiding the perpetrator's appearance, but in this case it didn't matter. She had already known who it was.
Kanetsu was perfectly relaxed and still as she meditated inside the mountainside cave. The Hyuga had been doing that for as long as she had been there. She knew that there would be a battle, and highly expected it to be a rough and damaging one. And as such, she made sure that she would have plenty of chakra and rest to be ready for whatever was going to be thrown at her. It wasn't usual of her to meditate for hours upon hours. She considered it a hobby, and for a ninja, it was a very healthy one. Anko regularly questioned how she could sit still in a single spot for such a long time. Many ninja besides the ones in the Hyuga clan did meditate, but it was never known for any of them to do it for such a long time. Suddenly, Kanetsu gained an odd feeling in the pit of her stomach. Not ceasing her meditation, her eyes flashed open, her Byakugan activated. Her extremely large range of vision, longer than any other Hyuga, search around the perimeter of the village for any sign of trouble. What she discovered had given her a bit of a shock, but she knew it had to happen sooner or later. Momentarily, she lifted a single hand up to press the button on the headset, and spoke into it. "We have company." Kanetsu informed everyone.
Kakashi, hearing the words that were spoken over the headset device, stood up from his spot in the cave he was in and looked out. Looking up, he noticed an owl like creature soaring through the distant skies. He put away the copy of Icha Icha Tactics that he was currently reading, and put both his hands into his pockets, observing the creature closely so that he could attempt to formulate an early battle plan.
Anko also took a look from the spot she was hidden in. For the past day or so, she had been throwing kunai at the cave walls. The particular one she was hidden in was smaller than the one the others had inhabited, but she still had plenty of space. With her, she had brought a few sticks of dango to enjoy every once in a while, although it was slightly hard not to just eat them all at once, due to her strong liking of sweets.
Kanetsu soon spotted another creature, this one a lizard. They were both very fast, making them hard to keep track of, even those of a ninja had a bit of a difficult time. However, thanks to her Kekkei Genkai, Kanetsu easily kept track of both of their locations. She knew it had to happen soon. The plan was about to go into effect.

Glancing up from her position she stroked the black kitten gently. "Hm. Its starting." San hopped to the ground as her hand flew through hand signs. The kitten jumped from her shoulder to the ground as she transformed into a brown cat. The black kitten would act as a second look out while San studied anyone who might pass them. They were supposed to hide not interact. So she would wait for the next step. 75
Kaiyou glanced at her kitten as he hissed slightly. "Company guys." Setting her kitten on the ground she backed up so her back was against the nearest tree. "Time to play hide and seek." Smiling she let her hands fly through the hand signs for a transformation jutsu. Picturing a pretty vine she transformed in to Moon flower vine wrapping around the tree and over the lowest branch. 20

Ruby perked up. "They're here," she whispered simply, and looked at Alastr. Alastr gave her a look in the eyes, saying not to make a move. She made a curt nod, and stayed hidden in her position, completely blended into the trees. An ANBU technique. Alastr had hidden himself further up, since he didn't possess such skills.
"I agree. I smell it now," she replied, breaking her stream of silence, "but we need to stay here." She stood up and stretched out. Currently, she had no jutsu activated. But after thinking for a moment, she took a look at Hayate. But she still decided against activating anything. She would rather save her chakra until she actually needed it. Though she dreaded the fact of possibly having to hurt Hayate. As the thought ran through her head, so did a daydream. More of nightmare vision. Hayate, dead. She had failed to save him. But he had her pinned down, ready to slit her throat with the sword he had previously protected her and his village with. He was nothing but darkness. Her village burned in black flames around them. Without knowing, a tear had ran down her cheek. The genjutsu that had cast itself from Hayate's black chakra was taking effect. Violet hadn't realized it just yet.
The owl figure circled high above Kanetsu's position. But did nothing else. He was waiting for something to happen. The lizard figure slowed down and stealthily approached a group of genin. He smirked as he found a target. But he stayed completely concealed.
As Ichitama entered the office, he had a smile on his face. He bowed in respect. "I'm early, Lady Hokage. I'm here to present something that may be helpful. Your village. It needs reforms. I'm here to make them happen. If you refuse, I'll take everything by force," he spoke coldly, "but you maybe know what I really want," he then said in a voice so low, only Tsunade would have heard it. Suddenly, he appeared behind Tsunade. "Your strength is no match for me."

The moment he appeared behind Tsunade, Kai appeared behind Ichitama, dressed in full his ANBU gear. He glanced over Ichitama and frowned behind that oni mask of his. "One touch..", he said aloud in a ghastly voice that seemed to be carried around in the wind that was filling the room. A very quizzical phrase but he didnt have to explain it to the likes of Ichitama. Kai was certain that he could take this man by himself(but won't because of match line up), and he was already in close enough range to end it in a single move. But the question in mind is if the man was foolish enough to barge in himself...or confront first with the use of a clone.
Kai placed his right hand on Ichitama's left shoulder near the neck and stood there. "From the moment my hand landed on you, the fight was over. I ask you once....leave or die.", he said in a very monotone voice. Regardless of this big stir, Kai had no impression of fear from Ichitama or his men alike.

The message range loud and clear through Kenji‘s headset, placed off to the side as too not hinder the ninja and his clone as they sparred. They were finally here, whoever it was they were hiding from. Judging by the tone of the voice, no one had been found just yet, though there was no telling how quickly that could change. He figured he was the only one that had actually sealed himself away, and four tiny seals were much harder to spot than a person. It was the fifth seal on the front boulder he was a little worried about, since it screamed: “SOMEONE IS HIDING HERE!!!” However, he knew they were going to find him eventually by process of elimination, he just needed to make sure he was ready when they did.
“I am afraid we must end our little sparing match here,” Kenji told his clone, sheathing his sword. The clone vanished in a puff of smoke, leaving Kenji all by his lonesome. There was a lot of work to be done, and none of it was going to be easy or fun, but it didn’t take an genius to figure out these enemies were strong. Kenji was going to have to play to his greatest strength here, being a step ahead of his opponent.

"Quite wrong you are, Kai," Ichitama spoke, and laughed, "you're one bold ninja. It's funny how you think the little trick you think you're about to pull off to end this will work on me. I kid you not, sir, I applaud you for daring to come this near to me. But I far outmatch you." He looked at Tsunade, "Your Hokage knows this very well, doesn't she? Tsunade?" the wolf said, smirking. In a flash, the wolf disappeared and reappeared behind Kai, sending a blood red fist of fire into his back, with the force to send him to the other side of the room.

Did he think Kai was lying? Perhaps calling his bluff? Well the fact was that Kai wasn't stupid at all. First rule of engaging another shinobi...make sure that they are real. No clones. Second, to perceive all outcomes of the choices you make, and then stay one move ahead of your enemy. Kai was not lying, all he needed was to make contact with Ichitama...but that wasn't Kai at all. " I apologize for this....my lady Hokage.", Kai uttered into the wind as the fire coated fist struck the clone, yes a clone...his hands in timing made two hand signs to execute a quick jutsu. Hidden Ninpo: Arashi Bunshin no Jutsu(Air Storm Clone) As soon as the fist struck the clone's back, it simultaneously exploded into a violent concussive storm of gale force wind that spread like C-4. The impacting force at point blank range would be enough to shred skin, clothes, as well hold a 95% chance of breaking bone, along with shattering one's equilibrium with deafening roar. Regardless of Ichitama's condition, his back was to the window...because thats where Kai had his back to before Ichitama appeared behind him, so the force of the explosion would blow him clear out and through that window. The hand signs Kai made moments before created a a two directional split at the end of his explosion of wind on Tsunade's end of the detonation, to keep her from feeling the impact. While he could not protect her from the deafening roar at the start of the burst he could protect her from the concussive impact...she would just have to deal with the loss of hearing for a while. As soon as Ichitama went flying through the window, Kai, coming from his previous spot posted on the wall outside of Tsunade's window, would intercept with blinding speed throwing a bone shattering kick toward Ichitama's rib cage. " Wrong?", Kai asked Ichitama out of spite, knowing very well that he might not be able to hear him because of the deafening roar. Meanwhile, while this clone distraction tactic was made to serve a very harmful assault, it was also meant to be a homing beacon for other shinobi in the area. Once the explosion coming from the Hokage's office went off, it was only a matter of time before other ANBU and Jounin alike came to investigate the severe disturbance.

He was fast. One moment Kenta was not there, the next he was. "Kaiyou. Caleb. There's... something out there. It's chakara signature says it's a shinobi, but it's life energy is... different. Be careful." And with that, he was gone again.

Kai's plan had partly worked. No bones or real internal damage was done to Ichitama, but his fur was now heavily matted, and left many cuts on his skin. Ichitama winced to himself, with a snarl, otherwise he looked like he took the blow quite unnerved. He was amazed that Kai pulled an enormous move on him, he would have been able to pull of a similar move of at least equal or greater power. But of course, he didn't care much else from that point.
As the wolf flew out of the window, he performed handsigns at blinding speed, and once done, a barrier of his fire blazed from his paws, and sealed around him. This prevented further sound damage (his ears were already ringing), and it would block the move Kai had made. However, his kick had went though the barrier, dispelling it. He read Kai's lips, and spoke his reply, "Not entirely wrong, but nice try," he said, coldly complimenting the Steel Touch.
Performing more handsigns, the wolf turned himself to the ground, and landed roughly. As the pain shot through his legs, it quickly passed. As both palms of his paws hit the ground, a summoning commenced, with seals writing themselves from both paws. The wolf smirked as his summoning took effect.
Bodies rose from the ground. Corpses began to walk the streets of the Village, taking hostage of the living. Any people who were around the streets at night were taken hostage. Reanimated bodies made their way into buildings. The entire village would be put under hostage.
"This village needs some reforms! I will be the one giving them! I am Ichitama the Awakened. And I am your new leader!"

Tsunade stood and watched as Ichitama began to take over the entire village. She was in a frozen state. She had a plan, and it would hopefully work, but just standing there, and witnessing her village being almost literally taken apart at the hands of this...this being was almost unbearable. She hadn't said anything the entire time Kai and Ichitama went at it. She simply stood there with a angered look on her face. She didn't do anything, because if she did, it could have jeopardized the plan. A plan that took so much preparation, and had hundreds of lives at stake if it hadn't succeeded. Tsunade wished that she could fight, she was the Hokage of Konoha, it was her home, she cared about everyone in it, even if she wasn't the first to admit it.
Kanetsu kept her eyes on the two animal-like creatures. She knew that if she took her eyes off them for a second, it would be dangerous to everyone. Soon, however, she figured that they weren't moving much, and they were only waiting for the right time. Kanetsu deactivated her Byakugan, saving chakra that would be needed later, but still keeping her eyes on the beings as much as possible. It couldn't be long now anyway.
As Kanetsu watched the animal-creatures move with agility in the sky and on the ground, the others looked out for them too, not letting their guard down.

Caleb legs started to tremble. He didn't have any clue why, but then he caught a glimpse of a wolf looking form heading for the Hokage's office. It wasn't this enemy that was making Caleb feel this way... It must have been a different enemy around. He felt his body shake and a wave of nausea wipe over him. He felt his legs collapse underneath him and Caleb fell to the ground. He felt his chakra almost being drained by something. He got to mutter something out. "G-Guys, there's a lot of stuff going wrong right now. I feel my e-energy draining from me right now..." Caleb crawled to a dirt mound and propped himself up against it.
