OK, I have decided to set up a points system. I will first start off with chakra points granted to each rank of a shinobi:
Academy Student- 20
Genin- 40
Chunin- 60
Special Jounin- 70
Jounin- 80
ANBU- 90
Kage- 100
Sannin- 120
These are the standard. However, depending on whether or not an admin or mod accepts it, you may post what you want your RP character's custom Chakra Limit. However, you must make it reasonable, and you must state how EXACTLY your character got it the way it was. In other words, a reason.
Here is the list of "exceptions" and their chakra limit:
Kanetsu- 100. Why? Ex- ANBU and the fact that she disappeared for 9 years for training. Naturally, you would expect her limit to rise. Yep.
Violet- 70. Why? Specifically trained her chakra limit.
Hayate- 70. Why? First, being a hirogan user. Second, he's like a special jouninn (but not officially), being that he's a teacher at the academy, and has to constantly deal with Caleb...

In each of your bio's, you must include an appropriate amount of points each of your Jutsu's is worth.
Also, a summon costs 10 points, and a kenkkai genkkai ranges from 5-15 points.
Chakra regenerates 1-5 points each post, depending on use. So if you're in the midst of heavy battle, 1 point. No battle? 5 points. Anything in between is 2-4 points; again, depending on situation. Use your common sense to figure it out.
