Basically, Kiyoshi is a missing nin from Konoha out to basically steal techniques from other villages. I am currently looking for someone to rp with from Suna, Kiri, or Kumo to rp with, as Kiyoshi has already learned all the technique he would want from Konoha and Iwa*.
It should be noted that Kiyoshi isn't looking for combat, but is more than willing to fight if provoked.
So is anyone willing to rp with Kiyoshi?
