The sun blinding above, clouds rolling across the striking blue sky. The day was peaceful, with the birds chirping as the rested in the nearby trees. With the gleaming river slowly floating by, and leaves being carried with the light breeze that shifted threw the forst. The banks were wide and green, with dirt meeting the slow moving waters.
One of the missing-nin layed against a boulder, arms folded behind his head. The young man was amoung the ranks of the Akatsuki, a wanted, and dangerous organization. Each member wearing a distinctive cloak and a single ring. Their headband slashed, running threw the symbol of their Hidden Village. Removing all ties to it, a trader to their village which they were born too.
Even with them being wanted, and national criminals, they still got their down time. Where they can just sit in the grass to take a nap or just to converse. Still, they couldn't be any where near a village, running the risk of having to battle. So on this day, Hidan stayed in the unclaimed strip of land inbetween The Village of Sand, and The Hidden Leaf Village. Resting beside a large river, where he had a good chance of not being caught.
His eyes stayed closed, his cloak and scyth resting beside him. His chest gleamed in the sun, it starting to warm up and with noon rolling by. He'd planned to go swimming after he finished resting. Today, he wasn't in the mood to kill, but if anyone came across him, he'd be happy to carry it out. Other than that, he'd just lay in the basking sun.

It was quiet for a decent amount of time. However, with him around, it can never stay that way for long. All that could have been seen by anyone was orange and black making it's way into the water with suddenness, and reaching it's destination quite easily. A head popped back up soon after, and anyone could tell that it was amused, even with the mask on.
"Hey! Hidan-sempai, I did it!" He shouted amusingly, waving a fish around in the air. It wasn't just any fish; it was the same fish that he had been trying to catch for about an hour.
Tobi jumped up out of the water, and walked right over to where Hidan was laying. He nearly shoved the sea creature in his face, although he thought that he was giving him a closer look. "See? Isn't it cute, Hidan-sempai?" He asked, water dripping onto the other man.

The splash made Hidan awake with a small sigh of frustration. Did someone have to find him on this nice day? He shifted his legs in the grass, as put his arm over his eyes. Trying to block the sun that was now the problem, it’s rays making it impossible for him to drift back into sleep. Then that’s when it happened, that’s when it came. The most annoying member of the Akatsuki, Tobi appeared calling out his name.
“For the love of Jashin,” he cursed under his breath. Trying to stay calm he clenched his teeth, hoping Tobi wouldn’t do anything stupid. Hidan wasn’t afraid to pop him in the jaw, and he needed a good whacking every once and awhile. Why couldn’t he just stay father down the river, but nope instead he had to go straight for him in a bee line. Slinging water over his dry body, which is how he wanted to keep it for now.
To tell the truth, Hidan didn’t give a d*mn about what he had accomplished. Then in shock, he jumped back, slapping his head on to the rock. The fishy smell drifted up his noise as it was shoved in his face, making his noise wrinkle up with the fool stench. Hidan’s leg flew up, trying to kick Tobi square in the face. “What the f*ck Tobi?!” His hand started to rub the back of his head, where a knot was forming. He stood up, an evil smirk on his features, his fist balled up. Clinched to where his knuckles started to turn white. “Yeah, it’s cute, and it’s about to be f*ckin' dead and half way over the Kohan.” With an evil glare shining in his hypnotic purple eyes, he took a step forward reaching for the fish. "Now give it here Tobi, or I swear, for all of Jashin, I'll rip it out of your hands."

Tobi frowned. Didn't Hidan like his fish? Tobi was very proud of himself, and thought he would share his happiness with Hidan, especially since he thought that he needed to be more happy. In fact, Tobi had specifically gone after that fish because the way it's scales shimmered in the light from the sun was...pretty. It made him smile, even though that wasn't much of a surprise since he was always in a good mood anyway.
Maybe Hidan just needed a hug? I don't know about that, Hidan-sempai might try to kill me again. The carefree Akatsuki pondered, bringing up his hand to his chin. Meanwhile, he dodged Hidan's foot, and commented, "Gee, Hidan-sempai, your feet sure are dirty." He smiled. "You could probably wash them over there in the river." Tobi put his hands on his hips, thinking that he had done a good thing by giving Hidan a helping comment.
Suddenly, as Hidan began reaching for the fish, Tobi had a revelation. Oooh! Maybe sempai likes fishies! We could go swimming! Smiling, he said, "So you want a fishy too? Here, I'll help you get one! Then we could be fish buddies!"

Hidan stopped, keeping is foot in mid-air. His eyebrow twitched in anounce, Tobi would be the one to say that. What?! My feet aren't dirty at all. Tobi is just asking for it. His eyes narrowed, glaring at him, "You know what, you can suck it Tobi." He rolled his eyes in annouce and placed his foot down, standing straight up with his arms crossed. The sun gleamed off of the small silver traingle, as the clouds moved out of the way of the sun. Hidan rolled his eyes, Tobi still didn't get it. ""Yes Tobi-san, it would be nice if you got me a fish. How about you go down there, and i stay here and try to catch one," he said smiling. His eyes relaxed, as he struggled to make an inascent smile. "Now go on Tobi, I want the biggest one you can find okay?" he asked trying to get Tobi to leave him alone.

Although it was unseen, it was easy to tell how happy Tobi was at that point. His face lit up with pure excitement as he crossed his arms over his chest. That's what I thought, even Hidan-sempai likes fish! He nodded to himself in conformation of that fact.
"Ok then! I will help you catch a fish, Hidan-sempai!" He shouted as he ran off in the direction of the river. He wasted absolutely no time and jumped straight into the water. Tobi had already taken his upper body's clothing off earlier, so all he had on was his dark pants. And of course his mask stayed on as well.

About five minutes later of searching the riverbottom, Tobi popped up.
"Hey Hidan-sempai! Do you like this one?" He asked, a fish in his hand. Although he didn't realize it, there was also another one on his head.

He rolled his eyes as he watched Tobi ran off to the water's edge. A smirk on his face as he started to laugh. At least I got him to leave me alone. Hidan was pretty happy with himself, and his glanced shifted off it to water. The beams of light shining off the bottom, the water clear. With a shrug he dived in, feeling the cool refreshing water run over his skin.

His orbs opened to silver strains of hair floating infront of his face. Neck length hair floating around his frame as the current made it shift and sway. Using his legs, he swam up to the surface. Tobi also came up, with two fish, but one not in his hand. Hidan-san sighed, Idiot, and Kakuzu says I'm not very bright. I'm plenty smart. "Naw, not that one. Try father down the river. I think I say a huge one jump out of the water."

Hidan moved himself over to the edge, using his arms to lift his body up the steep slope. The one part of the river that took a straight drop down. His hair dripped with water, it huge over his eyes and noise as the droplets fell on to his chest. With the water against his body glisting, along with his perfect abs. From the corner of his eye he glanced towards where Tobi was swimming at.

Silently, he leaped of a small rock and to a tree branch. Performing a quick swing forward, he landed on the grass. Landing with a small thud. Hidan moved to sit behind a tree, his eyes closed once more as he slide down on his back. Sighing with content as he crossed his arms back over his body. Maybe he'll stay over their, or get the hint I don't want his company. Or he'll get eatin' by a gaint fish. He smiled, the picture all to sweet of Tobi being gone forever.

Kakuzu had just got out of the cave after sitting there a while being bored he could not take it no longer. He had to take a walk out somewhere away from the cave. Upon his travel he had heard two familiar voices but this was after walking a few hours. He had come to a river which fish jumped up stream, the waters sailed smoothly down stream. Kakuzu looked down the stream only to see the biggest head ache in the world. "Hidan," Kakuzu said under his breath. He was standing about half a foot ball field away so Hidan could not have heard him although he heard Hidans big mouth. Kakuzu began walking down the stream. Hidan was on the opposite side of the stream and what is this? Hidan was hanging out with Tobi. That was an unusual thing of Hidan to do since Hidan has a short temper and Tobi has a child's mind and is very annoying. Kakuzu could hear Hidan screaming at Tobi while threatening him.

Kakuzu soon stood right across from the two crap heads of a shinobi and they both were giving him a head ache. "You two are giving me a head ache, I can hear your annoying voices all the way down the stream," Kakuzu did not give a crap. He said what he wanted how ever he wanted to whom ever he wanted. He was older than both of them put together, or so he thought. He knew he was older than Hidan; Tobi on the other hand is a mystery. Kakuzu stood there holding a suitcase full of cash looking at the two numb skulls. "Hidan, why are you hanging out with this idiot? although you both make a good match seeing as you are both idiots," Kakuzu said impolitely. "You know if a patrol squad had just decided to wonder in the area, you would be the first two they would find. That is how loud you two are," Kakuzu signed. He was done ranting for now but now he would have to listen to Hidans bickering and that would make Kakuzu rant more.

Tobi was somewhat disappointed at first because the fish he found was not one that Hidan liked, but with the mention of a bigger fish downstream, his unseen eyes lit up. Maybe this fish would be the one to cheer up Hidan. He turned around, searching behind him for any traces of the fish that Hidan had supposedly seen.
He got an idea of what it had looked like in his head; it's appearance didn't match the those that others would have had in their heads after hearing the word 'huge'. It was huge, but it smiled when it jumped out of the water. It was a color similar to Tobi's outfit, and it even had a mask on, just like Tobi's. He pictured himself hugging it as he swam down the stream to find such a creature.
"Oh boy, Hidan-sempai's going to be so happy when he sees this fish!" He told himself, swimming with a purpose.

Hidan's eyes glazed over after the all to familiar voice intrupted his relaxation. He sat up and looked around the tree to see Kakuzu standing their across from the river. His mouth turned down into a disqusted frown as he stood up. The man placed his shoulder on to the tree, with an annoyed stair in his eyes. With his now shaggy hair hanging around his face, with the breeze moving it from side to side. Hidan's teeth clenched and finally relaxed his jaw.
"You know what, f**k you Kakuzu, I didn't ask for you to be in hearing distance of me," he yelled at him in an inapropriate volume. "I didn't ask for this little thing to follow me, he just happened to be here! No fucking way would I even think about hanging out with Tobi. Why don't you go away with your suitcase, I swear on Jashin that it'll end up at the bottom of the river," he said with an evil smirk hovering on his lips.
Then Kakuzu brought up the fact of other's coming across them. That actually wouldn't be that bad, since his partner came along he started to get the urge to kill. That wouldn't be so bad now would it for someone to come down here. "Don't get my hopes up Kakuzu, those partols can suck it. Now can you shut the hell up, or do I have to make you?"

Kakuzu began to get aggravated in the middle of Hidans rant and the fact that he told Kakuzu to shut up made it worse. Kakuzu grunted a bit and soon dropped the suit. As soon as hidan told him to shut up or he would have to make him made Kakuzu drop his suit case. "Make me? Get real," Kakuzu soon shunshined from the spot he was standing and in an instant him and the suit case was gone. Kakuzu had already made a hand seal and his body hardened. Kakuzu shunshined above Kakuzu only to attempt to slam the metal suitcase into the side of Hidans face. The force from Kakuzu's swing would Hidan go flying to the side. Kakuzu knew hidan would not be able to even draw blood from him. Kakuzu has hardened his body which would make it impossible for hidan to cut or damage him with a melee attack of any sort. "Shut up Hidan, or I will Kill you,"

Kakuzu yelled out at Hidan as he landed on his feet after the attempt of trying to hit hidan in the head. Hidan would most likely duck or dodge the attack or maybe block it with his scythe on his back but that would not stop Kakuzu from kicking his ass if he smarted off at the mouth again. "You talk a lot but have nothing to back it up with, fucking idiot," Kakuzu insulted. Kakuzu was not one to talk and not do something. He was short tempered and reacts nearly instantly every time someone threatens or attacks him.

What it does:Doton • Domu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki member Kakuzu. After forming the needed Snake handseal, Kakuzu will harden his body using the Earth Element. This provides greater defense against attack and will also strengthen his arm to increase his striking ability. Like other Doton based jutsu, it is weak against Raiton attacks.

Tobi continued looking for his fish, until he heard noises, mostly yelling. He didn't have a clue about what was going on, but he knew he heard Kakuzu. Hmm, what would Kakuzu-sempai be doing here? He questioned, putting his hand to his chin, appearing to be in deep thought. He floated along the stream.
Suddenly, Tobi had thought he had figured it out; Wait, that it's it! Maybe Kakuzu-sempai likes fish too! He put his hands on his hips, even though his waist and below were underwater. When Tobi did that, it signified that he thought he had done something right; in this case, it was discovering Kakuzu's reasoning for being there. Yes! He's yelling at Hidan-sempai because he didn't mention to me that he liked fish as well!
Tobi began swimming faster down the long, beautifully flowing stream, imagining his dream fish waiting for him at the end. This time, he also imagined another one that looked just like the other; the fish were twins. As soon as he reached the area, however, he searched around, but to his disappointment, he found nothing.
He didn't even stop to consider that Hidan might have been lying; Tobi thought that only Deidara would be cruel enough to lie to him. The thought of Deidara made him stop for a moment; if he was there, would he like fish? Hmm...maybe he likes exploding fish? He nodded to himself to confirm his own theory.
For once, he didn't let himself get off track; right now, finding his fish was almost like a mission. He repeatedly looked everywhere he could; underwater, on the surface, on the shore, and even in trees. Tobi didn't think that it wasn't possible for fish to be there, especially the ones he thought of. Dipping his head many times in a row, he still found nothing. But he wouldn't give up.

Hidan shrugged his shoulders, his eyes closed as his hands relaxed. His body untensed as he heared the air rush by Kakuzu's body. He released an annoyed sigh as he waited for the blow. A brutual bone crushing thud came from Hidan's skull. It sent him flying down the river bed and he flipped head over first before he crashed into the ground. A smile cracked on his features, a half smirk when Kakuzu finally cracked.
When ever he had the urge to fight, he could always rely on Kakuzu to get angry. Slowly he stooded up, walked over to where his scyth rested. He hooked the coil around his waste where the endless cable came from. Hidan's half way insane smile appeared on his face, his hair hanging wildly over his face and down his neck. "Come on! Kakuzu-san!" he shreiked towards his partner. "Tobi has been working me up to this point, and your ass set me over the edge. No one has to die, put if you cut my head off you better fucking but it back
on!"
His eyes widened with a manic laugh erupting from his throat. His fingers flexed over the bandages wrapped around the handle, his grip tighting. His teeth bared in a wicked smile. In a flash his maroon tri-bladed scyth was sent swinging from his side and towards Kakuzu. Hidan flexed his bisceps and flicked his wrist, sending it into the air over Kakuzu's head. With on more small movement, he sent is shoting towards the ground with great force, enough to crack a stone apart.

It soon began to appear that Tobi would find nothing. He had been searching for a good ten or twenty minutes (not that he would know how long it was, he thought it had been hours) for the fish for Hidan and Kakuzu, and still came up short. His clothes were soaked, but he didn't seem to take any notice.
He wondered why he didn't find them by now; he knew exactly what they should have looked like. Tobi didn't seem to factor in the fact that the fish might have not looked that way, since he was dead set on finding the correct ones to make his fellow Akatsuki happy.
Tobi then had yet another revelation; maybe the fish looked like Hidan and Kakuzu. He could easily imagine it. One fish had about medium length white hair growing on its head, it had the same necklace that Hidan had on at all times, it wore the Akatsuki cloak, and even had his tri-bladed scythe.
The other fish had the same kind of gear on its head as Kakuzu did. It also possessed the green eyes, and of course the cloak as well.
Tobi began fiercely searching for those fish, thinking that this time, he could really do it.

Kakuzu landed on his feet and watched his partner go flying down the side of the stream. "Idiot," Kakuzu watched as his partner stood back up and walked over to his scythe picking it up. "Oh," Kakuzu said surprised a bit at his partners reaction. As soon as Hidan challenged Kakuzu He quickly shunshined behind Hidan. Kakuzu's body was still hardened. Kakuzu stretched out multiple tendrils along with his whole arm to attempt to grab the back of Hidans head."You talk to much," If his grip connected Kakuzu would slam Hidan by the head to the right on the ground and then to the left on the ground before throwing him a cross the land scape. "I'll kill you Hidan," Kakuzu threatened. Although it was impossible he threatened him anyways because it made him feel better to do so. Kakuzu took the time to attack while Kakuzu was running off at the mouth.

Jutsu Information:Jiongu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Waterfall missing-nin Kakuzu. After being shunned for his failure in an assassination mission, Kakuzu turned his anger against his village leaders, by stealing the village's most prized secret Kinjutsu. Jiongu created dark tendril masses within Kakuzu and allows him to steal the hearts of others, to extend his life and take the original owners elemental chakra affinity.

The hearts of four other slain shinobi are housed within these tendrils, granting him their elemental affinities. Each elemental spirit takes the form of a mask, black tendril mass and heart. Each elemental spirit can be controlled by Kakuzu either when within his body or outside. For outside the mask will burst the stitches on his back and then emerge to fight alongside him. Along with a Wind, Fire, Earth and Lightning elemental, is more than likely Kakuzu's own Water affinity. This grants him access to all five powerful elemental styles. These elementals can be killed if countered by a powerful enough opposing elemental attack which the element is weak against.
[b]Jiongu Thread:[/b]
These dark tendrils allowed Kakuzu to to stitch his body together and extend his limbs if needed. He can also extend the tendrils and use them to sew together the body parts of his comrades. Kakuzu used this thread to sew on Hidan's head after it was cut off. Note that Hidan lived due to own his secret technique Shijihyouketsu, not due to any unique properties of Kakuzu's thread. Kakuzu also used the thread to reattach Deidara's arm after it was removed by Hatake Kakashi.
