((How did Hayate know that Lidochka's from the Land of Iron?))
Lidochka Dmitriy was keeping an active eye on the field below. She wanted to see some hand-to-hand fighting, but was greatly disappointed when she realized that the ninja were going to use the ninjutsu that she'd never seen before. She made notes in her head to figure it out sometime. With her sensitive ears, she heard the word 'Byakugan' said out loud and then she turned in the direction and focused her attention there. She couldn't really make out anyone, so she sighed and started to concentrate on anything. She knew something was happening, but didn't really know too much what was going on.
Suddenly she saw flowers pop up from the ground around the area she was looking and then they rose to the air and headed south. She didn't see anyone near her, so she calmly watched. It was rather fascinating to her to see shinobi fight. She saw the teacher ninja or whom she thought was so perform some handseals that she recognized some of and then the petals that were aimed at him fell to the ground dull. She wondered when someone was going to do something physical.
The voice of the teacher seemed to get really loud suddenly as he stated that his students only had till Noon to get the bell. A smile appeared on her face and she thought that would be a wonderful idea to get things started. She really wanted a show.
Right after that announcement, she saw a student walk up to him and then say something utterly ridiculous. She couldn't tell what happened after that. She thought he must have bluffed a jutsu or something. The teacher quickly vanished however and appeared towards the North. That's when a student she didn't hear much of yell to someone to use the Sharingan. She had heard about it. She didn't know much, but she had heard. She looked in the direction he yelled and noticed it was the same place she was looking in before.

Kaiyou watched as he reflected her new jutsu. Well it was new. So it wasn't strong enough to get stay sharp. Oh well. Her eyes widened as she saw Caleb and hit her head with her palm. Another team 7. Cept she knew jutsu's and Sakura didn't. Looking back up she noticed Hayate had disappeared. Uh oh. He did have his eyes activated. Moving swiftly she headed through the trees and her shadow clone came back she stopped in a tree near Kenta and sent the shadow clone hurrying away to the opposite side.
San looked to Kenta and raise an eyebrow. "Its training. You don't get hints in a real battle. Besides if you would work as a team you might have a chance." Looking around she spotted Hayate. "Oh look at that a squirrel in the shadows." She glanced at the bushes and wondered why the a person from the land of iron would be here.

Hayate sighed. "I heard that San." He whispered. Shifting into the shadows, Hayate slipped behind Kenta. Before the boy could retaliate, Hayate had tied him up with strong rope, his hands strung tight to prevent any dirty tricks. "Now I have a hostage. And I assure you, I'm not going to waste any more chakara with shadow clones. I'm right here. Come and get me."

Caleb looked to San after he heard her smack her head. He pointed to himself and to his head trying to signal he had thought it out well. He saw Kenta tied up. You know what? I don't care if I'm like Naruto. I'm definitely smarter, and that's good enough for me. He ran around Hayate, then sprung forward, kicking him in the back. After kicking him, Caleb slit the rope on Kenta, "Hey San, mind helping us get some bells?"

"Took the bait." Hayate called as Kenta exploded. It wasn't the real Kenta of course. Hayate still had him tied up a while away. "Gotta try harder!"

Lidochka Dmitriy was beginning to get annoyed at the way ninja did things during a battle. As far as she could tell, it was just a big giant stalemate with everyone having fun. Or at least it would have been a stalemate if the teacher didn't set a time limit. For the time being, the only thing she could figure to do was to continue watching. She saw an amusing attempt by one of the students to trick the teacher by using a shadow clone. She remembered back to when she learned how to do it. It was good for making an army of one...or for surveillance as she was doing now.

Hayate had Kenta tied to a tree. "Let's see you get out of that." He said as he shifted away to occupy Caleb.

Kaiyou blinked as Hayate took Kenta hostage. Ok first things first rescue the teammate. Then they had to find a safe spot from Hayate and plan. Because if they didn't get in tune they all were going to end up hanging from a tree. So while Caleb distracted Hayate, Kaiyou and her shadow clone headed to find Kenta. Her shadow clone found him and cut the rope jumping backward.
San looked to Hayate. "Oh So you can't prove anything." She watched the genin. So he was gonna use a hostage. And she thought Naruto's squad had had it hard...Well maybe they did. Leaning back against the tree she watched the training session. "I can't help you. Its your training session."

Hayate's hands were behind his back. Before Kenta could use his Byakugan, Hayate activated his Mirage Genjutsu on the two Genin. "Hayate Ninja Tactic Rule Number One. Genjutsu." It wasn't a very particular strong Genjutsu, but it was more than the Genin had ever been introduced to. "Now to find Caleb." He muttered. "Where is he..." His Hirogan scanned the ground for shadows. "Found him." He dashed off in the direction of Caleb. Hayate Ninja Tactic Rule Number Two. Taijutsu." Throwing a series of quick punches and kicks, he expected Caleb to counter or risk getting pushed back into the lake.

Caleb dodged a couple of the punches before sliding under Hayate, then kicked him in the back. He then tried to grab the bells again. He knew he probably wouldn't get them, but he had to try.

Caleb, of course, missed, and Hayate turned to face him. A strong kick to Caleb's back knocked him on the ground. But Hayate hadn't moved. "Taijutsu lesson part two. Always watch your back for a shadow clone."

Lidochka Dmitriy continued to observe the shinobi without any changes to her plans. She wasn't planning on doing anything unless someone interacted with her. She assumed that would only happen if someone caught a bell or lunch time came. She was sure that someone must have seen her by that time or at least noticed her. She thought that maybe her ninja techniques had improved a bit more than she though.

Kenta broke the genjutsu when he was "hit" by a kunai. It didn't hurt, just scared the heck out of him and woke him. "Genjutsu huh? What's he playing at?" He quickly used a Genjutsu Release techinique on Kaiyou. "Let's go. He's got to be around here somewhere."
Hayate stood in the middle of the clearing. "OKay everyone." His voice calm and clear. "Time's up. Come to the clearing. Both bells are on the ground fifty meters apart. One is a trap, one is not. You must figure out how to get the bell. One bell per person. Only those who get a bell can eat lunch, the others will be tied to the logs and forced to watch use eat. Choose wisely."

Caleb got up and went to the clearing. He sighed, "I guess I'll go first." He closed his eyes, and relied on his hearing. A gust of wind came, and he thought he heard a slight jingle from his left. He felt which side the wind was blowing. Blowing against his left side. "Definitely the left." He walked up to the left bell, and studied it. He looked at the other one. He reached down slowly to pick it up, "Please, Please, Please..."

A kunai knife shot out of Hayate's hand. "Wait for the others before choosing." He said.
Kaiyou and Kenta ran up behind Caleb. "One bell for person..." Kenta muttered. "Only one of use gets lunch. BYAKUGAN!" He cried activating his Doujutsu again. He looked at both bells. "They're both real, but one must be rigged with traps. I can't tell which one though. There's only one way to do this. Kaiyou, use a wind jutsu on both."
Kaiyou nodded. She used the wind she used for her flower petal jutsu to blow both bells backwards. When one moved, a fury of kunai nives shot out of the shadows at the spot where the bell had just been. "I see!" She cried. "Anyone who would have picked it up would've been hit by the kunai!"
Kenta's stomach grumbled. "You two get the bells. I can go without lunch for a while."
